Manufacturer’s Bowls Charts

Each group of bowls are made with a slightly different bias. The bias being the track a bowl  takes to the target. This means that there are many different ways a bowl will roll, some are very wide which suit the outdoor player and a very narrow bias which can be played both indoor and outdoor.  Some are ore suited to front end payers others with a wider bias may suit a back end player.

Below are a few charts from each of the major bowls  manufacturers showing the line  each of their different take.

The charts are simply a guide and there is no substitute for trying them out for yourself as the actual line is very dependent upon on how you deliver the bowl and the playing surface
